I have worked as a support worker/care assistant for around 20 years and have taken on senior and management roles. I've taken various courses to become a trainer within my company. I have experience of supporting people with disabilities, including dementia, mental health problems, physical disabilities and more both at work and home. I am adaptable to people's needs and willing to take on roles with more responsibility as required. I can work well as part of a team or use my initiative to work alone.
