Caring is a rewarding field to work in it provides opportunities of every day to help improve people's standards of living, by helping individuals to overcome the every day to help, i can help clients with disabilities, including learning disabilities, elderly, long-term illness, end of life. And as a carer is where by I can help a wide range of duties and by helping individuals with immediate needs such as washing, dress up and all personal care and house work, maintaining their hygiene as well as helping them with basic day to day such having a walk if they can and including to get to the clients personally and provide them with supporting them with their needs and well-being. My duties can be also extend to help the clients to take part in leisure activities such as going on a day trip. I can spend a considerable amount of time with working with same clients it is good working relationships with the clients. I can help a client to pursue their hobbies .Being a care assistant it can be a challenge role, but it is also one of the most rewarding and fulfilling job.
