I am currently an occupational therapy student at Coventry university. I have previously worked within the NHS as an occupational therapy technician for 2 and half year working with adults from all walks of life - dementia, stroke, health conditions, impaired mobility. I have experience as a support worker with adults with mental health conditions and learning difficulties within their own home. I have experience of working as a domiciliary carer for 5 years supporting vulnerable and older adults within their own homes ensuring their wellbeing and needs are met through personal care, toileting, meal preparation, shopping and companionship. I believe in ensuring the wellbeing of each person needs are met and when met their lives continued to be valued.
