Professional Experience: As a medical student, I have gained substantial experience in patient care through various volunteer opportunities and formal training programs. My volunteer work involved looking after patients, where I applied my medical knowledge and skills to provide support and assistance. Additionally, I have participated in residential field site training, which allowed me to immerse myself in real-world medical environments and directly engage with patient care. Throughout my medical studies, I have consistently been involved in caring for patients, honing my ability to attend to their needs with compassion and professionalism. Personal Experience: On a personal level, I have firsthand experience in providing care for a loved one. In Bangladesh, I was responsible for looking after my grandmother for six months before her passing. This period involved comprehensive caregiving, where I managed her daily needs, provided emotional support, and coordinated her medical care. This experience profoundly deepened my understanding of the emotional and physical aspects of caregiving, further solidifying my commitment to pursuing a career in care work.
