I believe that my excellent interpersonal skills, Care skills has provided me with the exceptional knowledge and confidence needed to properly assist people with their personal care needs. I have a vast experience and knowledge in manual handling and hoisting as well as performing various tasks such as personal care, bathing grooming to mention a few. Having worked with people with dementia, disability, mental health with patients who suffered from schizophrenia, psychosis, Bipolar as well as people that have little or no capacity both in my home country and here in the UK I have been able to manage and support them holistically while encouraging independence as much as possible. Additionally, I am well versed in the dietary aspects necessary for planning, preparation and serving meals. I'm compassionate and empathetic towards my patients. I am a good listener and I communicate effectively with patients of all backgrounds who are in my care. Also, I am privileged to engage clients in everyday living as well as managing medications following health and safety procedures and guidelines.
