I'm a very experienced carer and support Worker with 12 years experience. I worked in Hospital Wards, Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Live-in with Demencia & Alzhiemer's , Live-in with Spinal Injury people and learning and physical disabilities. When I'm not work I like the very simple things like, spend a few hours next to the ocean, walks in nature, watch the murmurations... I also like to write my thoughts, read and practice Atma Krya Yoga.
