I have completed an NVQ level 3 Advanced Diploma in Geriatric Care awarded by Cambridge Career College, UK. Moreover, I not only have a kind, warm, and caring nature but also have significant care experience and am able to work well as part of a team and motivate a team to deliver high quality care. My strengths include patience, time management and prioritising tasks with excellent communication and listening skills. I am also adept at maintaining accurate records, forming positive relationships and energising colleagues to deliver exceptional work. In addition, I am trained to work alongside highly motivated colleagues in an environment of strong teamwork whilst also having fun.
