I have completed 8 adult nursing placements during my time at University studying Adult Nursing. These placements mainly involved caring for elderly patients, I provided personal care, meal prep and assistance to patients who needed help with eating, I would also dress patients and get them ready for the day. My other duties would include medication prompt and cleaning up bed spaces and rooms. My job outside of university is a healthcare support worker, where I carry out the same duties and responsibilities. Overall I have four years of care experience.
