I am very close with my nan, who has dementia, and I feel lucky to spend so much time with her. I help her with her shopping to make things easier and ensure she has everything she needs. I also love taking her on days out, whether it's a walk in the park, visiting a café, or exploring places she enjoys. These moments together are so special, and I do my best to make her feel supported and happy.
