I have 30+ years caring for the elderly. I have worked for the NHS for 20+ years, I was a student nurse and finalized 2 years equating to level 4 NVQ. I am caring and compassionate about the care I provide, I treat each person as an individual and encourage them to do as much as they can for themselves, they are given choice. I am a good cook and promote diet and fluid intake. I am trustworthy and a good listener. I have looked after people with dementia for many years. I am fully qualified in giving medication. I am a nonsmoker and I do not drive.
