Hi, my name is Mercy, I studied Health and Social Care at the University of Kent. I have worked in social care for 3 years as a care assistant and also a Team Leader. During this time I have supported people, especially the elderly with a range of care needs. This includes, different forms and stages of dementia. Voluntary adult in supported living arrangements with disabilities. I’m caring, empathetic, patient and understand personalization as an important aspect of care. Quality of life is imperative and I intend to improve that of those I care for.
