I hold a nvq level 3 in adult heath and social care. I have been working in care for 12 years and went private 4 years ago. I work Mon to Fridays. Currently have 3 other service users. I have space available to grow my little work family. I went private so I can give my service users a more 1 to 1 care service as I feel its more important than constantly clock watching.
