I have been a carer from the age of 19 now I am just about to turn 30. At first I worked in a care home in Newbury. Then for the reablement service of Reading council. Throughout my time as a carer I have worked with a variety of people. Elderly with dementia to younger clients with learning disabilities or mental health problems. I am a very hard working individual who takes pride in my work. I love to help others and promote as much independence as I can to my clients. I have no problems with doing shopping or housework aswell as personal care. I am a friendly and happy caring person who takes my role very seriously. I have just started out as a self employed private carer and looking to expand my clients. I will always go the extra mile for the ones I look after.
