I have 9 years experience in live-in care/ companionship.I have a Care Certificate that includes 15 different care modules, including Dementia Awareness. I am DBS checked and have Personal Liability Insurance. I drive ( own car) and I am a non- smoker. My last live-in assignment lasted 3 years on a rota basis. However, my lady client has developed very bad dementia and needs more hands on nursing care than companionship, so I couldn't continue taking care of her. I will miss her. I provide companionship ( reading newspapers, chatting, watching TV together, doing jigsaw puzzles,reading the newspaper etc),help with personal care, light housework,shopping trips in the car and cooking.I can provide daily care if local, or live- in care if necessary.Good references.Hourly rate negotiable depending on my clients needs.
