Matthew is not reliable person After we made arrangement to come to my house/address in particular date/time he cancelled and postponed meeting via SMS. Second time, waiting a half an hour I had to ask a neighbour for help. Matthew did not even bother to cancell/appologise. It is not serious behaviour/ services offers. We are 70+ invalid pensioners and have been in need of assistance.
