I have experience of supporting clients in their homes, who cannot manage to support themselves, to stay in a homely environment in a person-centred way. I have provided clients with home help services that is help to prepare meals and tidy away, help with general shopping, light housekeeping, collect prescriptions, help with washing and ironing and assist with pet's care. Companionship Services where I helped clients with arranging appointments, travel arrangements, support with access to social and leisure activities and escort to appointments. Personal care services where I helped clients with bathing, help with incontinence care, assist with eating, Dementia care, provision of respite, medication reminders and assist with morning wake up calls.
