I worked in the care industry for more than 20 years as a senior carer in nursing homes, Residential and presently working in home care, giving support to my clients in their own homes , and provide quality care they deserve. I finished my NVQ levels 3 and 4 in Health and social care and finished my level 3 in Leadership and Management. I mainly focused in a person centred manner of care, maintaining choices, independence, dignity and privacy. I give support and care for people with learning disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, people with dementia ,and elderly clients . Providing my clients with quality care is quite rewarding .
