Check vital sign intake/output.Give total hygiene care to the patient, convey patient to/from room, area unit either by a wheelchair or stretcher. Clean and shave as directed. Apply and change diapers and offer an empty bedpan,urinals and commode, collect urine and stool, and record. Maintain aseptic and inferction control techniques. Feed patients unable to feed themselves, by spoon, cup or tube feed.. Turn and repositioning patients, alone or with assistance to prevent bedsores. Assist the patient in bathroom with respect and care.
