I currently am looking after a lady every Sunday night it’s a 15hr shift I’ve been doing this for 18 months My duties are making meals for her, giving medication and documenting it. Giving personal care to her and transferring her from her bed onto the commode, making sure she is comfortable and that she is creamed regular so as not to get sores I worked as a live in carer for the good care group for 3 years. At this company I worked 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off, my duties where similar to the job I’m doing now but I also did end of life with a few clients
