I am energetic and caring person who has developed and responsible approach to any task I undertake, with 13 years experience in Health and Social care both nursing home setting and private care. I have bachelor degree in Nursing attained in my country Philippines and Qualification in NVQ3 in Health and Social care. I have trainings related to care. With my years of experinece it helps me manage and deliver the quality of care needed for the client in a daily basis, and also agree with the person centre approach and planning on daily basis,making prioritise client best interest. Can communicate well both written and verbal with GP , District Nurse and other outside professionals. Most of all I am proud having long history of employment in one employer.
