I worked as a PA for 20 years fora Consultant Paediatrician/Clinical Director and also, three Professors and Associate Medical Director. I had a highly prestigious job, requiring dedication and a high level of discretion and confidentiality. I dealt with elderly patients and their families in a daily basis I currently work as a receptionist in a residential and dementia care home. I am the Ambassador for the company, being the first point of contact for relatives of the residents. I have a lovely rapport with all the residents and carers, talking to them and cheering them up by brightening their day. I am a people person. I am compassionate, kind and caring and a good listener. I like to help people in general.
