I am a friendly, caring and empathetic carer, who always puts the needs of my clients first. When I work with someone I always take the time to know them as a person, what their preferences are and what they expect from me. After that we can then work out a care plan that suits them, and not to tell them what they need. I work well with everyone involved in the care if the individual and always perform my duties with utmost professionalism, and always respect the role of other professionals and family involved in the care of the individual. I am outgoing, enjoy watching tv, shopping, and listening to music. I also enjoy learning about the lives of the different people that I work with.
