I have worked as a Care Support Worker for the last 9 years previously I worked in Home Care for 7 years, during this time I gained the understanding and knowledge to help and support clients and their families both in their homes and out in the community. I gained patience and empathy with the clients who had many different needs. Sometimes people make you laugh but some also make you cry but it makes you feel that maybe in a little way your helping to make life easier for them by caring.
