I have worked within the care industry for over 10 years, covering all aspects of care to elderly, I have worked with more complex conditions and also with those with learning difficulties, I have gained a wide range of experience and am fully competent in more complex care needs such as: • PEG/ Gastrostomy feeding and care • Tracheostomy care and management • Cough assist and suctioning • Ventilation • Communication aid boards, eye gaze • Transferring unable clients to adaptable equipment using ceiling and manual hoists. • Epilepsy and buccal midazolam awareness. • Learning difficulties • Dementia And more recently, Palliative care working for Marie curie for the last 3 years and still continuing to do so. I thrive in supporting people with any aspect of need and care, I am very realiable, always will to help as much as possible!
