Hello, my name is Luciana , and while I may not have formal experience in elderly care, I have always had a strong passion for helping and supporting older adults. I have cared for my grandmother, assisting with her daily needs and providing companionship, which has given me a deep understanding of the patience, kindness, and attentiveness needed in this role. Additionally, I regularly help my neighbours with shopping and offer companionship to my neighbour upstairs.
