Hello, my name is Lucas. Nice to meet you. I have been working within the care industry for the past five years, I hold a bachelors degree in health and social studies, a foundation degree in public services and also a level 3 in public services. Currently I am a senior at bluebird care, I work within the discharge to assess team. I have had previous experience within child care, autism and learning difficulties, mental health and elderly care. Within my service, I strive to not only support but also promote independence. I feel promoting independence is key and shall be at the forefront of my approach.
