I have worked in the care sector for over 15 years. I have had varied roles starting from working in a care home then on to home care, helping with cooking, cleaning, personal care and working with adults with dementia. This then led on to being a care field supervisor and co-ordinator, I also have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
