Hi, my name is Louise and I am 40 years old. I have over 12 years experience of working within care. I have worked in a hospital on a medical ward, nursing home, and also in domiciliary care looking after people in their own homes. I have helped people from age 22 - 100 years old. I have experience in dementia care, learning difficulties, stroke patients and also end of life care. I have had a very strong passion for care since a very young age looking after a close relative. I find care work very rewarding and love helping people as much as I can. I have a NVQ level 2 in health and social care and also lots of certificates that I have obtained over the last 12+ years. I am happy to help with all aspects of care that is needed including personal care, social care, shopping and also accompany to any appointments.

Louise cancelled the first meeting at late notice (within an hour).
She then contacted later and asked to meet the following week.
I have waited for three hours today to meet her. I have just received a text saying that she got lost so went home.
Louise strikes me as unreliable and a time waster. Not someone displaying the care a vulnerable person deserves. Neither does she have good manners. Disappointed.
