My name is Lorraine Slight. I want to make a difference to people lives .I have always had a caring nature and trying make a difference in people’s lives. I have had variety of experiences in different health care settings, such as working with individuals with additional needs, the elderly and those who display challenging behaviour. Also being PA / private carer in the community too . I take care to deliver the highest care to my service users and with compassion ensuring always dignity and respect. I am very good at communicating with my service users with their variety of needs, being very adaptable and considerate with how I communicate. My communication with my college lectures is good, In my job role I am very encouraged by getting job satisfaction with the appreciation of the service users who I care for. I am determined to get the highest grades in my assignment so I can achieve my ambition to become a nurse and have the best future possible. I have got lot of experience and a good work ethic and I am very competent within my job role. With my job I use the 6 c daily while working like I have stated above.
