I am a reliable flexible, long patience health care assistant with 8 years experience working in nursing home, domiciliary and private care. I am trained in administering medication including patient with dementia, challenging behaviour, Parkinson and Alzheimer diseases with a level 4 degree in health and social care. I have work with a brain injury patient. I help her in restoring his cognitive memory. I also have had experience with a 48 years old service user who had an accident which damaged her spinal chord and paralysed her body from the neck down. I help her with personal care i. E bathing, eating and going to university. Recently I worked living in with a lady 97 years suffering vascular dementia assisting her for personal care, preparing food, and taking her out.
