My skills include ability to assist and encourage service users to make informed choices, talking to patients to help them feel less anxious, listening and providing emotional support, reporting on any observed changes in mood or behavior health care needs or mental health care needs, cooking, helping with medication, taking the clients out shopping, helping patients in personal care, ensuring confidentiality is well maintained, promoting and developing independent living skills as well as maintaining good working relationship with professionals, parents and other people significant to service users. Additionally, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all kinds of clients in any situations. I have a friendly approach and the ability to put clients at ease, whatever their physical or social needs are.
