My name is Lisa and I live in Torquay I have 4 children and 30 years of age All of my social care career has been spent working with Vulnerable adults, and this is something I was always interested in doing. I am level 2,3 & 5 qualified in health and social care. I have studied various causes such as falls prevention, equality and diversity, skin lesions and breakdown, management of diabetes, end of life care, and dementia. I have worked in many different social care settings and my role has been focused onclient wellbeing, person centered care and ensuring equality and diversity. I am used to having a varied client base with different personalities, strengths and weaknesses. I really enjoy being able to provide a quality service for people who need care and support. I have a real passion for supporting people to be able to live independent lives in their own homes for as long as possible. I am focused on providing a quality service.
