I have 27 years experience in looking after individuals in care homes and their own homes. I worked my way up to office staff and still continued to go out caring because I missed it. I made up my mind to go self employed and to offer and provide care locally to where I live. I treat individuals with respect, give privacy when needed and dignity at all times.
