I worked in a care home as a deputy manager. Primarily their needs were leaning disabilities and challenging behaviour but the majority were elderly with varying health issues such as the onset of dementia. Apart of my role here was meal preparation, mobility and personal care, safe administering of medications, assisting to appointment and personal shopping.
