I am currently running a 24 bedded dementia unit within a carehome environment. I delegate tasks to staff members to provide the highest quality of person centred care. I have over 18 years experience within care homes and community settings I have experience in the safe handling of medicines and have an NVQ level 3 qualification in health and social care along with other qualifications that are relevant to care practice.
