I have been a carer for the past 10 years and have extensive experience in providing care for the elderly. I have worked for 3 different care agencies so far and have never received a single complaint or negative feedback from the hundreds of clients I have left with a smile. I have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and have done several trainings in Manual Handling, Medication, Food Hygiene, Emergency First Aid, Health and Safety, Infection Control, Mental Capacity, Dementia, and so on. I am highly tolerant, gentle and kind with the elderly, and always developing great relationships with them individually.
