I have a year of experience within the carer community, I’ve cared for my grandma for a year washing, feeding, handling, putting to bed, using a wheelchair all of the above, as well I’ve worked 6 months with elderly people with dementia and Alzheimer’s, it was an amazing experience learning new things, it really was a learn and curve. I know a lot more about caring for someone with needs now than when I first started.
