Previously/working within Luton borough council & Hertfordshire country council. •CQC referenced & other references. We offer a wide range of services such as: •Personal care •Medication •Moving & Handling •Appointments •Shopping •Meal prep •Activities •Housekeeping/cleaning •Financial support (bills/banking) & much more. No task is to big nor small for Dear Health. All our clients have a personalised contract. Each client has a person centred care plan. Dear Health is here to promote independent and protect dignity in a safeguarded and confidential way. Having the same friendly face who you can rely on for all your health and social care needs. Supporting: •Adults and Children with Learning Disabilities. •Elderly (Dementia, Alzheimer's...) •Mental Health clients. •Terminally Ill clients. •Out of Hospital clients 1:1 support. •Anyone who may need extra support.
