HC one (Kyle court care home – nightshift worker) Care Assistant (19/11/17 – 15/01/18) Duties include: making teas and coffees, light food preparation, personal care, washing and dressing, assisting clients to bed, supporting the night shift nurse, answer emergency bells and calls by service users, using stand aids and hoists (where appropropriate). Self employed - Support Carer (4/03/16 – 18/11/17) Duties include: assisting clients to get dressed, personal care, preparing meals, light housework, shopping errands, administering medication & eye drops, collecting prescriptions, building professional relationships with clients as well as members of their family, writing out personalised care plans, giving emotional support, sleepovers and waking nights & taking clients out on day trips.
