I am an experienced carer. I have recently worked for 2 years in a high dependency nursing home. My services include one off care, regular calls, companionship, shopping and running errands etc. I am friendly and caring. I always treat individuals holistically and work with a person centred approach. I am starting up as a self employed carer. I am reliable and have good time keeping skills. I have an Access to Nursing certificate which is the equivalent to the NVQ 3. I have a DBS and have attended all relevant training courses. I have excellent experience with dementia, end of life and challenging behaviours. I am able to keep calm and professional in challenging situations.
