As well as providing care, support and advice for individuals with Dementia, I provide Companionship services and Personal care. Duties include, Prompting and monitoring medication. Help with meal preparation and nutrition. Maintaining hobbies, interests, independance and encouraging daily activities. Cleaning and Laundry. Dressing guidance to help a client feel good about their appearance. Bathing. Toileting and catheter care. Oral Hygiene. Help with transferring, positioning and mobility. I have a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
