My devotion for care work began 20 years ago with my beloved gran. We had such a bond. I took on the responsibility as one of her carers as she began to develop dementia. I fully understand the  devastation of this illness and the stress it has on the family. After my gran passed I became a volunteer with the NHS in my spare time. I wanted to show compassion and love to those vunerable that didnt have the love of a family my gran was so fortunate to have . Through the NHS I then volunteered in Fairholm assisted living. I secured my first companion role in August last year with Care.com after I losing my 15 years career as Senior Cabin Crew with Flybe when the company went into administration. I am still devoted to my lovely client and her family. My availability will be limited due to this. In my spare time I enjoyed preparing nutrious meals for my family. Walking my dog through the forrest. Painting and drawing. Most of all spending quality time together with my husband and children. I am a member of the Crescent church. I have full access NI checks and I'm competent in first aid. I hope to be a ray of sunshine to your beloved family member.
