For the past couple years, I have helped provide emotional and physical care to my elderly grandma and can take this experience to help with personal care, just talking to provide companionship, basic meal preparation, administering medication, mobility support, housekeeping and errands here and there. I have no formal experience or qualifications, so it would be reliant on trust but I am willing to demonstrate my levels of care and reliance.
