I have 11 years of experience in care, I have worked in a residential care home with elderly people with Alzheimer's and Dementia and now I work one-to-one with clients who have special needs such as autism, learning disabilities, brain injury and end-of-life care. I have tracheostomy training which included nebuliser and oxygen training. I would peg-feed clients. I' am manual handling, medication and first aid trained. I have NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care amongst others. I love my job and am always willing to develop my skills. I'am professional and believe that I respect everyone's beliefs, wishes and dignity. I try to meet the needs of all my clients by building trust with my kind and bubbly personality. I'm patient and reliable because I stick to my words. I'am also a driver!
