I have worked for the NHS in a hospital setting for the last 11 years as a healthcare assistant, supporting adults with patient care, helping them to achieve reablement goals and gain confidence in themselves and promote their recovery, nursing care and palliative care. Prior to this I have been a care assistant in the community, supporting adults to help clean their homes, companionship / sitting service to allow carers to have a break from their caring role, looking after pets and dog walking, befriending and supporting them with shopping attending activities. I am professional and non- judgemental, I am kind and caring, I am passionate about supporting people to empower them to live as independently as possible.
