Hello my name is Kim. I have been working within the care sector for approximately 17 years. I have covered all aspects of care including palliative care. I enjoy supporting elderly service users, but over the years I have worked with all age groups and disabilities. I am a nvq level 3 qualified carer who is confident and competent within this field of work. My aim is to provide a one to one service that meets the needs of my potential client, with person centred planning I wish to enable my client to choose exactly how they wish to be supported on a day and at a time of their choice. I have found over my career of being an employed carer companies still fail to meet the needs of their clients. My aim will be to provide a unique service providing quality care support without any false promises made. I am happy to cover all aspects of care support including personal care, dressing/undressing, meal preparation, medication support, catheter care, laundry and housework, gardening and provide support with social inclusion.
