Hello, My name is Kelly, I have worked as a carer for the past eight years in a care home setting caring for elderly service users who have dementia. My job role has been extremely rewarding. I have a very kind and caring nature and I have a lot of time to give. I like to help others and I like to make a difference to people's lives. I have completed my NVQ2 in Health and Socail Care and completed various training courses. My experience as a carer has been to help others with daily life and daily tasks, getting ready for the day, personal care, meal and drink preperation, activities, outings and most importantly taking the time to listen.
