I worked in a care home, I helped residents with getting up, washed and dressed first thing in the morning, helped with doing them breakfast and if they wanted to go down to the dining room for breakfast I’d assist them with going there, also would help residents with toileting and if they needed to wear incontinent pads would make sure they had one on and made sure they had regular checks of them, throughout the day at meals times would also assist with helping down to the dining room if needed, would plate food up for residents and residents that needed assisting with eating would get help, residents that wanted to stay in there bedroom would have a trolley go around with there food and of a nighttime would help the residents with getting ready for bed and into bed
