I am self-motivated, committed with the determination to overcome difficulties and see tasks through to completion. I am reliable and mature in my outlook and am keen to develop skills in health and social care I have experience working in care I have Practical experience in the care of adults with disabilities, I have knowledge of caring for children and adults with Autism and Dysphasia ADHD.i have my level 2 in health and social care also level 2 in end of life and dementia I am sympathetic and patient with an awareness of the needs of others I am able to liaise effectively with a wide range of governing bodies I have training in: nebulizer training, training in Abuse, Dementia, equality and diversity, fire prevention, basic first aid, food hygiene, health and safety, infection control, medication awareness, mental capacity, needs of a service user, moving and handling and 6 steps end of life training.
