I have been a carer for the elderly for 25 years. I enjoy my job, and have always worked in care homes. I feel now I would like to work with people in their own homes as I feel with my experience I could make a difference to people allowing them to remain as independent as possible. Working with the elderly is a very rewarding job and I have enjoyed every minute of my career and hope to carry on in a slightly different setting.
